Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Goop UK. If you are not, you may return items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. All goods must be in a resellable condition.

Unless an item is confirmed as faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

Return Process

Include your order number or reference number inside the parcel. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 working days of receipt, subject to your payment provider.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is faulty or damaged, email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos before returning the product. We will confirm the next steps, which may include a full refund or a replacement.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery unless a fault is identified. We cannot process returns for products not purchased directly from the Goop UK website.
